Looking for a way to test the strength of children’s memorisation of Juz Amma? Then 6 in a row is the perfect game. Players need to listen to a verse from each surah and then identify the surah name on their player card. Players compete to tick off 6 surahs in a row. The list of verses that players will listen to contain some of the most challenging verses from the surahs in Juz Amma.
This game is ideal for parents to use at home and is also great for teachers to use in the classroom. Recommended age for this game is 7+ but younger children can play the game if they have memorised all the surahs in Juz Amma and they are able to read the names of the surahs on the player card.
In this pack, you will find:
- Detailed instructions for the game
- Additional notes for parents and teachers
- A list of verses to read out
- 8 player cards which contain the names of the surahs from surah Falaq to surah Naba. You can print as many cards as you need depending on the number of players. The order of surah names on each player card is different.
Please note that although these games are designed to aid children with their Quran revision, they should not be used to replace structured daily revision. Children should be encouraged to revise the Quran on a daily basis and an effective and structured revision plan should be created so that children can strengthen their memorisation.
